he Catbird Seat, which opened in October 2011, is an intimate, interactive, chef-run restaurant located in Midtown. The restaurant serves as a chef incubator and is an ever- evolving kitchen that provides chefs a creative outlet in a very intimate and exposed setting. The 22-seat counter provides guests the opportunity to view the inner workings of an active kitchen, on-looking as the chefs prepare a tasting menu. Since opening, the restaurant has received GQ Magazine Best New Restaurant, Bon Appetit Best New Restaurant, Wine Enthusiast Top 100 Wine Restaurants, and Opinionated About Dining’s Top 100 North American Restaurants
